Mr. Rubaum received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from San Diego State University in 1993 and his Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University in 1997. Mr. Rubaum did a judicial externship from 1996 to 1997 with Honorable Charles W. McCoy, Jr. and since that time has had a varied litigation practice. He joined the Law Offices of Andra M. Vaccaro as an associate in February 1998 until February 2001 practicing patent and trademark litigation. Mr. Rubaum then joined Reback, McAndrews & Kjar, LLP as an associate from February 2001 to December 2006 and as a partner from January 2007 to August 2007 practicing all forms of professional malpractice and insurance bad faith defense. He left to join Shaffer, Gold & Rubaum, LLP from August 2007 to October 2014 practicing business, employment, construction defect and real estate litigation. He thereafter rejoined Reback, McAndrews, Kjar, Warford & Stockalper LLP as a Partner, again focusing on all forms of professional malpractice defense.
